Valentine's

Okay this are stuffs I've got on Valentine's basically...

I got a card.

A small teddy. *cuddles*

A miniature inflatable perfect man. Lol.

Okay. Don't comment. I baked the cake for him and the decorations are done together... so it's not alll my fault.

Chocolates for me. :)

A free wine.

A bouquet of roses. :):)

I do feel bad cause I got so much and gave so little but I didn't ask for it!!! (except for the flowers...)

Easter Weekend

Well, this will include truckloads of pictures.

Let me start from Thursday. Basically, went to a rave but I don't have any pictures with me now to put up.

On Friday, I went to church and then dinner at a Loon Fung, meeting up with some friends.

Saturday, did random stuffs at home, cleaning the house, etc etc and then dinner at night at Arta with Zakhir and Liying. See below (not very clear, I realised)...

It has other areas as well, like the bar (see below)

bread and olives to start - I mean I don't usually eat olives but these are soo nice!

Half a bottle of wine which comes with the single offer of 15.95 pounds for a 2 course meal.

My friend had mussels in white wine and smth smth sauce for starters (which I heard was delish) and marinated lamb shank which was superbly tender with sides of vegetables and potatoes (which was changed thanks to the help of the wonderful waitress).

Me and another friend's 6 dishes of tapas - for 21.95 pounds couple's deal. The one above was one of the choices.

Salmon and fried codfish and salmon.

One of the best dishes - spanish tortilla - it's like a quiche made of eggs and potatoes. awhhhh

With the couple's deal, we were supposed to get a bottle of house wine but we asked if we could get sangria instead and with just an extra of 3 pounds, we did!! (again, thanks to the waitress who asked for us)

All of the food was nice. I know I said 6 dishes, I didn't take some of the photos. There were some prawns as well.

That's my Saturday. I have to say, it was kind of pricey but the food was great, service was impeccable and the place is sooo pretty!! All in all, worth the money. Good for special occasions.

Sunday, went over to Ryan's.

A birdie Ryan gave me - named it Billie. Nothing to do with Easter actually, just random.

I got 2 Easter eggs. :)

Haven't opened it yet. I'll take more pics when I opened it yeah?

CNY and Valentine's

Happy Chinese New Year to all Chinese out there!

And Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!! :)

Reunion

Marc and Antonio came. Haven't seen them for so long!! I forgot how much fun we had with them around. We went out to eat. We went to Sloans.
It's the oldest restaurant in Glasgow. It's a very nice building.

Look, they wrote Powder Room in front of the ladies room. That is soo cute!

We went upstairs and sat in a private room. Cause no one is there anyway..

And the waiter is so upbeat. He kept saying 'Yeah, man'. It's quite weird actually...

But, he was nice. He offered to take the picture for us.:)

And this is what we ordered. A steak and Kelburn Ale pie and chips and peas for Antonio.

I ordered this which is beef burger with relish and gherkin and chips. Marc ordered the same but with extra bacon.


This is tuna sandwich and side salad for Liying.

Then we went to buy groceries and went over to LJ's to cook dinner. I wasn't part of the cooking, I helped taking dishes and bring stuffs and things like that...-_-



Yum, we had potato wedges, curry that Liying cooked and some Chinese stir fry thing that Antonio cooked. He's a good cook.

We sat around watching TV and stuffs for a while until they were leaving for the airport cause Marc was going back the next day early in the morning. Before LJ brought them there, he drove us home. And then when I got home, I couldn't sleep..Bummer! I feel asleep at 6 something am and woke up at 9 something am. Not bad huh...
